Setup groups and users in our secure online database. You can create multiple administrators, group leaders and the group participants.
When a participant registers with your organisation, the participant is matched with a unique code number from one of the supplied bands.
Your group leaders then simply login to the mobile app. They will only have access to the registers that you have setup. The leader runs the register and then simply scans each band to do the “Check-In”. At any point during an activity the leader can scan a band and see any recorded emergency contact details and medical information.
When a session finishes, the leader simply scans each band to “Check-Out” the participants.
On completion of a session the register can be closed and saved for reporting and/or email.
If an attempt is made to close a register then the group leader can easily see which participants have not completed a "Check-Out".
